Our Light YOUR World Day of  Service was  October 16, 2011. 

 For many, this was a life changing experience: 400 participants, 33 projects, one day of service – calling our members and friends to step out into the community to make a difference.   From 9am – 12pm our members worked at the church, visited homebound and worked offsite from Escondido down to San Diego.  Interfaith Housing,  Bread of Life,  New Entra Casa, Community Resource Center,  Encinitas Heritage Museum, Paul Ecke School, Rancho Coastal Humane Society, and Encinitas and Cardiff Beaches are just a few of the places and organizations where we made a difference.  Please watch the following video and see how our members and friends made our Light YOUR World Day of Service a Day to remember. 

Join us next year  for our Light YOUR World Day of Service.  Don’t go to church…. be the church and become the hands and feet of Christ.
