DESCRIPTION:A Unique Opportunity to Learn a New Meditation TechniqueHosted by Friday Small Groups \nRev. Jan Wiley\, a retired UMC pastor will lead the session. Here’s how she describes it.“Based on the book\, Praying in Color\, we will share an active\, meditative\, playful prayerpractice. The process feels like doodling but becomes a design of words and glorious color. Itis a visual reminder of time spent in prayer or for any intentional focus you choose.” \nPaper and black pens will be provided. If possible\, please bring a set of fine tip felt pens.(Avoid ‘brush’ tips if possible). A set of 6-12 pens is plenty\, but it helps if the colors are friendlywith each other. Zebra Mildliner or Zebra Click Art retractable pens (Target or Amazon) aresuggested. Some supplies will be available to share. \nA donation of $5.00 per person is suggested to help cover costs.
