This life-saving medication\, now available over-the-counter as an easy-to-use nasal spray\, rapidly reverses an opioid overdose by blocking the opioid’s effects on the brain and restoring breathing. \nThe training includes \n\nHow to recognize and respond to an accidental opioid overdose\nHow to use Naloxone/Narcan\nGood Samaritan Law\nFree Naloxone & Fentanyl Test Strips\n\nThe training is presented by A New Path and hosted by United Women in Faith. \nEveryone in the congregation and community is welcome and encouraged to attend.
