Saturday, January 31, 9:30am at Moonlight Beach, Encinitas
We’ll meet in front of the lifeguard station
Join us for our next mindfulness adventure at the beach! Together we’ll celebrate the New Year with a few selected poems and grounding exercises right in front of the beautiful ocean. And then we’ll quietly disperse to ponder, “How might God be speaking to us through nature?” Afterwards, we’ll close our time together by sharing insights about what we learned.
