Narcan Training

United Women in Faith invites you to an informative session on how to use Naloxone/Narcan. This life-saving medication, now available over-the-counter as an easy-to-use nasal spray, rapidly reverses an opioid overdose by blocking the opioid’s effects on the brain and restoring breathing.
The training includes
- How to recognize and respond to an accidental opioid overdose
- How to use Naloxone/Narcan
- Good Samaritan Law
- Free Naloxone & Fentanyl Test Strips
The training is presented by A New Path and hosted by United Women in Faith.
Everyone in the congregation and community is welcome and encouraged to attend.
